Qualifikationen

• Über drei Jahre Erfahrung in Fertigung, Lieferantenmanagement oder Logistik erforderlich.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Change Management.
• Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Logistics MDU/ODU Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing and providing the right amount of Material Delivery Units (MDUs) and Overseas Delivery Units (ODUs) to ensure material availability at stations in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile, and Tianjin.
2. Enable ramp-up by planning and sourcing needed MDU/ODU capacities.
3. Act as the focal point for MDU/ODU initiatives, coordinating with operational logistics and project teams.
4. Develop and implement improvements and modifications of MDUs/ODUs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
5. Manage MDU repair processes and monitor maintenance by Logistic Service Providers (LSP) or Packaging Service Providers (PSP).
6. Support projects by developing and implementing new delivery and transport solutions.
7. Interface with General Procurement and support the Call-for-Tender process for planning and sourcing MDUs/ODUs.

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in civil engineering, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
2. Over three years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, supplier management, project management, or supply chain/logistics.
3. Good knowledge of change management.
4. Knowledge of Google Workspace.
5. Fluent in English and German.
