We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Logistics MDU/ODU Manager" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Design and provide the right amount of Material Delivery Units (MDUs) and Overseas Delivery Units (ODUs) to ensure material availability at stations in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile, and Tianjin.
2. Plan and source the necessary MDU/ODU capacities to enable ramp-up.
3. Act as the focal point for MDU/ODU initiatives, coordinating closely with operational logistics and project teams.
4. Develop and implement improvements and modifications of MDUs/ODUs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
5. Manage MDU repair processes and monitor maintenance by Logistic Service Providers (LSP) or Packaging Service Providers (PSP).
6. Support projects by developing and implementing new delivery and transportation solutions.
7. Interface with General Procurement and support the Call-for-Tender process for planning and sourcing MDUs/ODUs.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in civil engineering, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Over three years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, supplier management, project management, or supply chain/logistics.
• Good knowledge of change management.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and German.
