HOLY is growing fast through new product launches and expanding retail partnerships, driving demand across all channels. We are looking for a Logistics Manager with a clear focus on Retail and a strong connection to D2C Logistics to ensure retail orders are prepared completely and delivered on time while supporting reliable D2C fulfillment.

About the Position

HOLY is growing fast: with new product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer base driving demand across all channels.
To keep pace with this momentum, we are looking for a Logistics Manager with a clear focus on Retail and a strong connection to D2C Logistics. You will make sure that retail orders are prepared completely and delivered on time, while also supporting reliable D2C fulfillment, inventory flow, and customer experience.

Retail Logistics Ownership

• Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that retail orders are complete and ready for shipment on time.
• Own Retail OTIF performance and proactively steer against deviations with fulfillment partners and retail customers.
• Coordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations.

D2C Logistics Support

• Support reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance.
• Monitor open operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions with fulfillment partners, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and E-Commerce.
• Support accurate system synchronization across warehouses and sales channels.

3PL Partnership & Operations Oversight

• Act as an operational contact for our fulfillment partners across Retail and D2C topics.
• Ensure SLA adherence and daily operational stability.
• Escalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, availability, or cost efficiency swiftly.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track retail and D2C logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights.
• Use partner reports and internal dashboards to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear SOPs, documentation, and performance reporting for internal visibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Keep stakeholders informed of critical operational updates, risks, and changes.
• Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.

Process Improvement & Scalability

• Improve recurring logistics workflows across Retail and D2C.
• Identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities and track implementation progress.
• Help build scalable logistics playbooks for HOLY's omnichannel growth.

About You

• Retail-Ops-Ownership: You take full end-to-end responsibility for retail order readiness and OTIF performance, proactively steering against deviations before they become escalations.
• 3PL & partner management: Proven experience managing fulfillment partners operationally - holding them to SLAs, resolving deviations in speed, accuracy or cost quickly and calmly.
• Cross-functional coordination: Comfortable acting as the bridge between Logistics, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service and Supply Chain, keeping stakeholders aligned even when things move fast.
• Analytical & KPI-driven: Skilled at turning partner reports and internal dashboards into actionable insights, spotting risks and recurring issues early.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

• Hiring Manager Interview with Jan: Deep dive into your experience and approach with Jan, our Senior Logistics Manager.
• Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first 2 interviews, you will receive a case study.
• Advanced discussion: In this on‑site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple. Here you will also meet Markus, our COO.
• Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
