What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the warehouse and shipping areas
• Coordinate with transport providers, couriers, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Supervise inventory levels and support warehouse staff with smooth processes
• Track delivery performance and proactively solve small issues before they become big ones
• Work closely with Production and Customer Service to make sure every order runs seamlessly

Experience

Preferred Background:

• Multiple years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations – ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or manufacturing environment, ideally with Leadership experience

Hard Skills

• Tech-Savvy: You think AI-first and look for smart automation solutions
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and transport planning
• Experience working with logistics software or WMS/TMS systems
• Ability to monitor KPIs like delivery accuracy, costs, and lead times
• Strong organizational skills to keep multiple processes aligned
