We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment. If you have solid experience in the automotive sector and enjoy coordinating, planning, and making things happen — this role is for you!

Your Main Responsibilities

Working closely with our Supply Chain and Production teams, you will:

• Lead, optimize, and continuously improve logistics, transport, and warehousing processes
• Ensure material availability and on-time deliveries by planning and monitoring incoming flows for purchased parts
• Organize internal logistics flows and storage operations, plan warehouse capacity, and ensure compliance with quality standards (FIFO)
• Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory activities
• Manage and support the logistics team (both functionally and hierarchically)
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers and transport service providers
• Prepare and participate in internal and external audits

Your Profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in JIS (Just-in-Sequence) environments
• Strong expertise in supplier management and order control
• Excellent command of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken – business level required)
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
