Starting date: 6th October, 2025

As a Logistics Management Trainee (m/f/x), you will be part of our 18-month ASPIRE Trainee Program and gain in-depth insights into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. Together, we will shape the logistics world of tomorrow and realize global supply chain solutions in an international team. Starting from 6th October 2025, you will be immersed in the diverse tasks of our warehouses during various assignments at our locations in Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Langenhagen, or Dortmund. We will prepare you for a managerial position in the Warehouse division or in project management.

Your ASPIRE Trainee Program at a glance

• Work in all areas of our warehouses (incoming goods, order picking, returns, and outgoing goods) across multiple locations in Germany and abroad (upon request).
• Familiarize yourself with the business units TECH, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, including their specific features and challenges in different logistics environments.
• Gain insights into logistics and warehouse planning through an assignment in the Logistics Engineering department.
• Acquire initial management experience by understanding our operational logistics processes and taking on early management responsibilities.
• Participate in personnel development programs such as our Logistics Leadership Program, communication training, and more.

Your Profile

• Recently completed or about to complete studies in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Practical experience in warehouse logistics through internships, working student roles, or apprenticeships.
• Ambition, analytical and conceptual thinking, and a passion for logistics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
