Summary

We are looking for a "Logistics Expert and Key User S/4HANA (f/m/d)" for the "Logistics Management" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Logistics Management department is responsible for the global logistics planning team and providing guidance to ensure the successful execution of logistics planning processes, including negotiations with logistics providers for HENSOLDT.

Your Tasks

• Business expert and key user for the transformation and further development of SAP S/4HANA
• Representation and implementation of business requirements in the oneSAPnow! program and transfer to routine operations
• Collaboration on concepts, task packages for cutover, data migration, documentation, role definition
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring logistics processes, including testing and user training
• Technical focus on SAP modules (EWM, SD, TM) and related software systems
• Control of automated warehouses, including putaway, picking, and SAP interface development
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes at HENSOLDT locations
• Analysis and evaluation of goods flows, capacity, throughput, deadlines, and process improvements
• Cross-departmental project collaboration and independent processing of work packages
• Creating evaluations and reports on logistics performance, documentation, and analysis of processes

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, logistics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or similar
• Extensive knowledge and experience in logistics planning within manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP logistics modules (EWM, SD, TM)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Analytical, independent, structured, and efficient working style
• Assertiveness, good communication, and team skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
