As a Logistics Coordinator at Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, you will take on operational and conceptual tasks in the logistics and warehouse area. Tasks

• Operative logistics coordination in Hamburg, with focus on Wilhelmsburg warehouse
• Design and optimization of cost-effective logistics and warehouse systems
• Planning of material flows, warehouse layouts and transport processes
• Supervision of logistics providers and process execution on-site
• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs for continuous improvement
• Ensuring logistics standards for safety, ethics and sustainability
• Participation in projects for new warehouse and transport systems
• Definition of logistics standards across both locations

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in logistics, technology, supply chain management or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, production planning, process planning or logistics
• Good knowledge of project and process management
• First knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
• Structured, independent way of working, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
