The gross annual salary ranges from €73,000 to a maximum of €75,900, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks
- Definition and adaptation of transport processes incl. SLA creation (Service Level Agreement)
- Development and maintenance of interfaces between internal units and suppliers
- Adaptation and integration of transport IT applications for plants and suppliers
- Analysis, optimization and rationalization of logistical flows of goods
- Control of daily transport processes (inbound/outbound) as well as contact person for international transport flows (e.g. overseas and cross-location coordination).e.g. overseas) and cross-location coordination
- Preparation of transport specifications according to customer requirements as well as controlling of service providers, processing of change requests and complaints
- On-site assignments at Airbus locations (e.g. Hamburg, Stade, Nordenham, Bremen)
- Partial responsibility for safety and external company coordination at several locations as well as investment planning
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified technician, business specialist or university degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, supplier management, supply chain, logistics, and transport operations
- Confident use of Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills (both at least C1 level)
- Willingness to travel 2–3 times a month (national/international)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
