So what is the role?

You will play a key role in transforming our supply chain in early stage of serial production. This includes building customer-focused supply chain processes, smart subscription services, support in introducing an ERP system, and managing partnerships effectively:

• Establishing and optimizing customer supply chains, including selecting logistics providers, building smart subscription services, and implementing outstanding return services.
• Supporting the implementation and digitalization of the ERP system to enhance the supply chain.
• Building operational processes between internal stakeholders and partner networks.
• Overseeing and maintaining inventory at our Konstanz site.
• Managing logistics for orders, coffees, packaging, roadshows, and transfers.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

• You actively contributed to thetransformation of our supply chain, successfully supporting thetransition to serial production anddeliveries to the customer.
• You made significant progress inintroducing and implementing an ERP system.
• You efficientlymanaged orders andorganized seamless logistics for customers, events, and operations.
• You developedprocesses that improvedinternal and external stakeholder collaboration.

What you need for this role:

• ABachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such asLogistics, Business Administration, orIndustrial Engineering, or alternatively, aprofessional qualification in freight forwarding or a related area.
• Initial experience in warehouse logistics projects or working with service providers.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and process optimization.
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
