As a Logistics and Disposition Manager at our customer Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg, you are the key to efficiency in the repair process! With your keen eye for bottlenecks and your problem-solving skills, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. You keep an eye on the schedule, communicate like a pro with the teams and ensure that everything is delivered on time and in top quality. The gross annual salary is between €33,000 and a maximum of €53,100, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa). This position is also available on a part-time basis.

Tasks
  1. Disposition of components in repair throughput, identification of bottlenecks and alternatives in material quality
  2. Monitoring of throughput times and deadlines, analysis and clarification of deadline deviations, maintenance of delivery status and communication with order teams and availability managers
  3. Ensuring delivery reliability for modules and assemblies, taking into account customer requirements
  4. Carrying out cost calculations, including pre-calculation and post-calculation
  5. Material booking and carrying out inventories
  6. Collaboration on special tasks and active participation in projects
Requirements
  1. Successfully completed training as a skilled worker or completed commercial training
  2. Additional qualification, e.g. as a master craftsman or state-certified technician, is desirable
  3. Many years of experience as a skilled worker with basic knowledge of the various engine types
  4. Good commercial understanding
  5. Good knowledge of standard PC applications as well as application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control, e.g. SAP R/3
  6. Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level)
  7. Willingness to work at home and abroad
  8. Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
