Jobbeschreibung

Purpose: Assists in executing training operations, managing and training mission-specific personnel, planning operations, conducting manpower assessments, and providing briefings on operations. Communicates operational status within the 405th Army Field Support Brigade area and coordinates reporting processes to meet internal and customer requirements.

Essential duties and responsibilities: The individual must:

  1. Coordinate with CUOPS/FUOPS Manager on planning and interface with government representatives and contractors to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  2. Develop and prepare decision-making processes, courses of action, and briefings for brigade and units.
  3. Assist in executing operational and warning orders supporting training and exercises.
  4. Monitor plans and schedules, recommending workload adjustments as needed.
  5. Identify systemic problems and propose solutions to improve logistics effectiveness.
  6. Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and training plans.
  7. Lead and participate in briefings, meetings, and discussions.
  8. Analyze data and conduct causative research.
  9. Provide timely, accurate operational information to leadership and government personnel.
  10. Generate reports, charts, graphs, and data calls.
  11. Ensure safety directives are followed by all personnel.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Army Battle Staff Course, Support Operations Course, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of operations management or similar experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet security requirements for base access.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must meet LIS access requirements, including possessing a Common Access Card.

Additional skills: Ability to operate independently, strong knowledge of logistics and operations, and a valid driver’s license. Deployment on short notice may be required.
