Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations

1. Customs clearance for import and export;

2. Logistics tracking，material and consumables warehousing, in stock management, inventory counting, outbound delivery, packing and shipping;

3. Tracking and communication on the transportation status of materials and packages;

4. Shipment of other customer gifts and items;

5. Procurement of necessary warehousing and logistics supplies;

6. Daily management of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Knowledge/Experience/Competence

1. Knowledge: (Education/Major/Qualification Certificate):

College Degree or above

No professional restrictions

Can handle English and German emails

2. Experience (Professional, Project/Process, Leadership):

Priority should be given to the following situations:

Have experience in warehousing and logistics related work, speak German fluently

3. General Competence:

Have customer service and global awareness, strong communication skills and team collaboration awareness

Responsible, proactive, willing to take on responsibilities, agile and adaptable

Capable of patiently and meticulously handling all tasks

4. Professional Competence:

Master basic data processing skills in Excel
