• Independent handling of ocean freight export shipments
• Planning, booking, and creation of transport orders as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
• Non-conformance reporting according to KPIs
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates
• Customer support and coordination with overseas offices/agents
• Registration and processing of complaints
• Meeting deadlines
• Preparation of order settlements and invoice processing
• Workflow optimization and results monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with ISO, SQAS standards, and data maintenance

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ocean freight
• Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Experience handling ocean freight import shipments
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
