Responsibilities

• Legally compliant handling of air cargo shipments
• Customs clearance using Atlas/AES
• Personal and intensive customer service and coordination with our overseas offices/agents
• Preparation of quotations and invoices
• Monitoring and optimizing work processes and checking results
• Recording and handling complaints
• Compliance with deadlines
• Optimizing workflows and monitoring results

Job Requirements

Your Profile

• Experience of minimum 3 -5 years in Airfreight
• Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Work experience in handling airfreight export shipments
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
