Zusammenfassung

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen operations at our European HQ in Frankfurt am Main. You will drive regular reporting, KPI analysis and data-driven improvements across PDCs and departments, coordinating with HQ and management.

The role requires analytical skills, experience in warehousing operations, and strong teamwork. Proficiency in English with Korean or Chinese language skills is a plus; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Logistics or Supply Chain-related field.
• Teamwork spirit and polite manner.
• Warehousing operation education or experience.
• Data analysis and reporting skills, including BI dashboards or SQL.
• Good English; Korean or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Report monthly and yearly closings, and provide weekly analyses to Team Lead.
• Create facing calculation SOPs or Manual Adjustments.
• Communicate with stakeholders like PDCs, other departments, and management.
• Support the Team Lead for ongoing projects and reports; coordinate with HQ and PDCs.
• Consolidate PDC feedback from daily process pending tracking.
• Collect data from system (AMOS and others) and PDCs to create analysis reports.
• Create and provide KPI reports from system data (monthly process lead time ratio).
• Coordinate and support yearly Quality or Packaging Improvement workshops.
• Support PDCs and management in operational issues.

Your profile

Your tasks

• Report regularly closing, include monthly & yearly based, meanwhile provide weekly based analysis to Team Lead
• Create facing calculation SOP or Manual Adjustment
• Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDC's, other departments, management etc
• Support the T/ L for ongoing projects & reports. Communicate with stakeholders like HQ, PDC's, other departments, Management etc
• Consolidate PDCs feedback from daily process pending tracking performance
• Collect necessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC's, create analysis report
• Create and provide reports from system data regarding KPI: monthly process lead time ratio report
• Collect PDCs regular and annual investment plans and pre-check for in line with HQ policy & afterwards report to supervisor or HOG for confirmation and approval
• Coordinate and support team event, like yearly based Quality or Packaging Improvement workshop or Benchmarking
• Support PDC's and management in necessary operational related issues
