MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is seeking a Logistics Process Specialist to strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main.

The role focuses on identifying issues, data collection, and coordinating with PDCs, IT, and management to implement SOPs and data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with logistics education, IT experience with WMS/TMS, and at least 3 years in warehouse processes, driving process optimization and

• Education in Logistics or related disciplines.
• IT experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or similar systems.
• Proven expertise in project management, with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse processes, including process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Aufgaben

• Identify issues within the Logistics Processes
• Collect all necessary data related to the identified issues
• Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDC's, other departments, management etc.
• Prepare solutions together with key persons (e.g. IT Department)
• Create and provide data materials/reports to management for decision making
• Coordinate regular benchmarking events
• Create and provide necessary reports
• Implement solutions to the PDC's operations
• Create , provide and implement Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for process changes
• Support Team members while sharing and training knowledge
• Correspond regularly to PDC's representatives as a PIC
• Investigate on Trade Fairs for improvements

Your profile
