About The Job
As Local Head of Infrastructure you will act as infrastructure and information security (IF&IS) customer interface for Allianz, being responsible for the infrastructure and security services and projects, driving service quality and cost optimization, managing customer escalations end to end, managing customer demands and act as internal IF&IS customer SPOC.
What You Do
- Manage the relationship with Allianz entities and the respective Head of IT as central point of contact for IF&IS related topics.
- Drive the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products.
- Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinate internal resources, develop project scopes.
- Including timeline and financials and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Set up and lead project teams and delegate tasks to successful implementation.
- Finish projects with proper documentation and handover of project results.
- Local infrastructure team in close collaboration with the shared services IF&IS teams.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of the existing process landscape, standards and organization as well as solid understanding of infrastructure and information security services and operations.
- Project management skills and customer relationship management experience.
- Consulting background, organizational transformation and change management skills.
- Engage in customer relationship, understanding of strategy and challenges and providing customer insights.
- Moderation and presentation techniques to various levels.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent command of German and English, both verbal and written.
