Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees for coaching or group sessions.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, and team-building activities.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to enhance employee wellbeing.
7. Lead assigned projects or activities.
8. Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing psychological or emotional challenges.
• Valid license, membership, or practitioner accreditation.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software.
• Outstanding communication, listening, and empathetic skills.
• Experience with conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and relocate to Essen, Germany.
