Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively engage with employees to invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team-building activities, aligned with department objectives.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data to track employee progress.

We expect:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing various challenges.
• License number, full membership, or accredited practitioner status.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in common office software.
• Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and listening skills.
• Experience with conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong desire to help others, flexible to work in shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
