Job summary

AVEC is hiring for a remote Customer Support role based in Greece. You will support customers for world-renowned brands, answer inquiries, and help deliver a seamless experience while working from Greece with a 1-year Mediterranean assignment.

Relocation to Greece is required with a full relocation package, including flight, hotel, airport pickup, real estate assistance, and paid remote training. EU passport or right to work in Greece is a must.

Qualifications

• EU passport or legal right to work in Greece.
• Native or C2 proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, Danish or Portuguese with English B2.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across multiple brands via remote channels.
• Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
