📍 Location: BERLIN, Germany – On-site position, working in our professional streaming studio.

Dance Masterclass is the "Netflix" of the dance world. To reach our global students from Tokyo to LA, we broadcast 7 days a week around the clock. You will join our Live Team make this happen.

This is a full-time role with rotating shifts. Base salary is €2,250/month – with up to €4,350/month possible in night rotation.

Your Role

You manage livestreams via Zoomand monitoring sound.
You open/close the studio.
You work closely with Project Managers and Instructors to ensure smooth live broadcasts.

What You Need

You are reliable and always on time – essential for live operations.
You’re flexible and okay with night/weekend shifts (rotating monthly).
You speak fluent English and understand basic (simple setup) streaming tech and computers.
