Dance Masterclass in Berlin is seeking a Video Editor who can think like a Creative Video Producer. You will own edits from concept to final delivery, collaborating with our team and freelancers to maintain creative vision.

This full-time, hybrid role (3 days in the Berlin office, 2 days remote) requires 3+ years of experience and expertise in Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and basic graphics is a plus.

Location

BERLIN , Germany – This is a full‑time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. In short, it's the "Netflix" of the dance world. Founded in 2021 in Berlin, it has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide. The top countries are the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow‑Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

Who you are

We are looking for a Video Editor who is not just a cutter but thinks like a Creative Video Producer . You work independently, understand storytelling, and can manage freelancers by providing feedback and ensuring their work aligns with our creative vision.
