Your role involves setting up and managing live and online global trade fairs and events across the VITRONIC group. You will work closely with the global marketing team, marketing responsible persons in international group companies, product management, and sales.

• Assist in conceptualizing live communication activities for the VITRONIC group
• Support the implementation of global trade fairs and events, from booth design to promotional material handling and reporting
• Coordinate with event organizers and suppliers, overseeing the shipment of marketing materials and exhibits
• Plan and manage project timelines for various live communication activities
• Maintain the VITRONIC content space and event website
• Manage the procurement process for promotional and merchandise items
• Assist in in-house content production for communication channels such as trade fairs, website, LinkedIn, webinars
• Support the maintenance of CRM data for targeted project management and brand support

Ideal candidates will identify with the following qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Communication, Event Management, or a related field
• At least two years of professional experience in trade fair management
• Strong project management skills, with practical application experience, proactive working style, and deadline adherence
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
• Team-oriented, communicative, and proactive
• Creative with a wealth of ideas
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
