Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

2. Oversee the complete lifecycle management of lithography module equipment, including technical assessment, selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
3. Develop and manage a team dedicated to lithography module equipment, fostering growth and enhancing the team’s technological edge.
4. Provide insights into technology trends and plan for relevant manufacturing equipment, ensuring industry alignment and technological readiness.
5. Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, and sourcing to improve efficiency, stability, and throughput, addressing critical technology challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
2. Over 12 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment introduction or development; experience with SiC and silicon products is preferred.
3. Proven success in mass production within leading industry factories is highly advantageous.
4. Strong knowledge of 8-inch and 12-inch PR coaters, lithography machines, and developing machines.
5. Proficiency with lithography equipment from leading suppliers.
6. Ability to manage equipment transformations, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently.
7. Experience in training, leading teams, and managing technological tasks is preferred.
8. Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German and/or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
