Location : Germany (MUST speak fluent german) - remote

Our client a global L&D consultancy are looking for German speaking Linux Trainers. This would either suit an existing trainer or a Linux Engineer / Systems administrator looking to make the move into training.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Hat Training classes
• Facilitate Red Hat's certification exams
• Guide discussions with customers to scope training needs
• To act as SME for course material design and help Red Hat curriculum team in reviewing the learning content.
• Participate in internal projects and pilots

Short Description

• Extensive experience on Linux Administration
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (on RHEL 6, RHEL 7, RHEL 8, or RHEL 9)
• Delivers classroom and Virtual training.
• Traveling 2-3 weeks in a month
• Extensive training delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Linux, RHCE.
• Knowledge on emerging technologies like Openshift, Ansible
• Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Proficient in German and English (Multilingual Instructors would be preferred)

The following are considered as a plus :

• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or additional certifications toward higher RHCE levels, especially on Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
• Experience with application development or application modernization
• Virtual training facilitation experience
