What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Linux system administration and engineering, preferably with Debian/Ubuntu
• Strong expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management (e.g., Ansible)
• Experience operating and optimizing hybrid environments (on-premise and AWS)
• Deep knowledge of networking and security (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewalls, system hardening)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger)
• Proven ability to design and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure systems
• Experience with disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Strong scripting skills in Shell (Bash) and Python
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international, cross-functional teams
