We want to strengthen our IT & DevOps team with you as an experienced Linux System Administrator (m / w / d) and true techie. Activities

• Infrastructure & Virtualization – Develop, operate, and optimize our Linux-based VMs and virtualization solutions in our geo-redundant data centers (Düsseldorf / Frankfurt a.M.).
• Networks at Carrier Level – Plan and administer high-performance IP networks in our Juniper landscape (Switching, Routing – BGP / OSPF, Carrier Peering, Firewalls).
• Databases – Optimize and administer our SQL and NoSQL databases. There is potential for specialization.
• Cloud Expertise? – Do you have initial experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure or an interest in learning? Perfect! This could be a specialization within our IT & DevOps team.

Requirements

• Solid Expertise – You have a completed technical degree or training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Experience – At least 3 years of confident experience in Linux system administration, databases, and possibly carrier/provider networks. If you are proactive, think along, automate, and optimize, we want to meet you!

Team

The IT & DevOps team (6 employees including management) is excellent and will support and guide you through on-the-job training. Our working method is primarily Kanban.

2. In-house Day (about 2-3 hours) – Meet the team and deepen relevant topics with the aforementioned persons. Cover letter is not mandatory. Please submit certificates, at least showing your education completion and the last 2-3 positions if available. No assessment centers or similar tests.
