Your responsibilities

• Installation, administration and monitoring of linux-based systems and tools in a heterogeneous server landscape
• Execution of release and version changes as well as automations
• Processing of service requests and changes for the Linux/Networkarea
• Creation of documentations for users and the IT support

Your profile

• Degree in computer science or a comparable training with sound IT expertise
• Relevant professional experience in the functional administration of Linux derivatives (especially Debian, Ubuntu, Suse) as well as applications based on them
• Experienced handling of ticket and knowledge management tools
• Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organization
• Good knowledge of English
