Henkel sucht in Düsseldorf einen IT/OT Security Engineer (m/w/d) zur Sicherung und Optimierung unserer automatisierten Abfülllinien. Sie arbeiten eng mit Technical Services und Process Engineering zusammen, überwachen die Systeme und unterstützen bei Format- und Produktwechseln.

Sie verfügen über eine technische Berufsausbildung, ideal als Industriemechaniker/Mechatroniker/Elektroniker, und bringen Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie Grundkenntnisse in MES-Systemen mit.

Formación

• Technische Berufsausbildung, ideal als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker.
• Erfahrung mit stark automatisierten Abfülllinien wünschenswert.
• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und Teamarbeit.

Responsabilidades

• Bedienung von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen gemäß Arbeits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen.
• Überwachung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozesse auf hoch automatisierten Abfülllinien.
• Bereitstellung der Ausrüstung mit erforderlichen Verpackungsmaterialien.
• Fehlerbehebung, Anpassung, Reparatur und Wartung.
• Durchführung von Format- und Produktwechseln.
• Effizienzsteigerung der Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Technical Services und Process Engineering.

• Operating machines and production equipment in accordance with applicable work and safety instructions
• Monitoring and ensuring smooth production processes on highly automated filling lines
• Supplying the equipment with the required packaging materials
• Troubleshooting as well as carrying out adjustment, repair, and maintenance activities
• Performing format and product changes
• Improving equipment efficiency and further developing existing equipment in collaboration with the Technical Services and Process Engineering teams

What makes you a good fit

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics
• Technician, or a comparable qualification; experience with highly automated filling lines is desirable
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different types of equipment
• High level of motivation and strong team spirit, as well as willingness to work shifts
• Experience with digital (production) tools, e.g. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and digital downtime reporting
• Fluent German language skills; English language skills are desirable
