IT Generalist - Limited Term, 3 months

Provides day to day technical support for desktop hardware. In addition, will also support all communication platforms, software, hardware and networks.

Essential Functions:

• As a IT Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services.
• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance of One Community Health staff systems
• Utilize the Help Desk ticketing system to track and respond all service requests

Additional Duties

• Monitor, operate and enhance moderately complex computers with different and distinct platforms that may include desktop computers, mobile devices, and communications systems.
• Install and configure computer and/or telecommunications hardware and software
• Coordinate and schedule hardware repairs
• Create user groups and individual accounts in Active directory and other platforms
• Image computers using Microsoft Intune
• Maintain, set up, and support AV technology
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of Windows Operating System Experience.
• 3 years of IT customer support, helpdesk or IT Support Engineer.
• 3+ years of AD admin, O365.
• Experience using and or administering Microsoft Intune.
• Experience using and/or administering Ring Central.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Zebra Printers.
• Experience using and/or administering Azure active directory.
• Reliable transportation and possession of a valid California driver's license.

Preferred

• MCSA/MCSE or equivalent work experience
