To succeed, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (all genders) on a senior (to staff) level to join our Team in Berlin. This position is full-time.

The Role

This is an opportunity for you, an ambitious and intrinsically motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager, to work in a small and value-driven company. We’re offering a stable environment as we’re running an established and profitable business. At the same time we can offer lots of individual responsibility, freedom and room to move the needle, as we’re adding a further partner segment to our business.

In the initial phase of working with us you'll be focused on targeting individual insurance brokers in Germany and Switzerland (small B2Bs) to start a cooperation with us.

In this role you’ll be directly working with/reporting to our management and collaborating closely with our BizDev, Salesforce and Solutions Engineering Teams.

Hard Requirements
  • Native level language skills in German
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Existing EU work permit
  • Primary residence in Germany

The Skills we are looking for
  • Excited by A/B testing & funnel optimization
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data, and behavior to identify key customer segments and develop personalized marketing campaigns to effectively target and engage specific customer groups to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails as well as transactional Emails
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine customer journeys and ensure the best possible experience for leads
  • Strong decision-making skills based on data-driven insights
Nice to have
  • Relevant industry experience (finance, insurance, investment)
  • Bonus: Having worked for a pension insurance or as an insurance broker before
  • Familiarity with Git, Markdown, and basic HTML
  • Experience using Braze or other engagement platform to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel messaging strategies
  • Bonus: You bring strong skills in either French or Italian and are comfortable writing or speaking to partners & customers in either one of these languages

  • Creative thinker, exceptional storyteller and communicator
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance based on data insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re self-driven, taking ownership of your responsibilities and acting as a “manager of one,” with the ability to work independently without needing close supervision.
  • You don’t need absolute certainty or a pre-defined playbook about what to do and instead enjoy exploring your own ideas.

Salary ranges
  • Senior: 62 - 78k
  • Staff: 78 - 85k

To avoid confusion or disappointment: We have clear expectations for higher levels and the upper end of these salary bands. We will assess your seniority level during the interview process. These are our levels, so please don't expect having held a title previously is a guarantee for a certain level.

Bonus

We pay voluntary company-wide bonuses of an estimated 3-10%, if business performance permits, with a 100% track-record of doing so since 2019. We are in the process of making these goal-based, too.
