Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Attend and lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team building activities in accordance with department objectives.
5. Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employees’ wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report data to track employee progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology; Therapeutic Counseling; Psychotherapy; or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience with clients facing mental health challenges.
• License number, full membership, or accredited practitioner status.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially listening and empathy.
• Experience with conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong desire to help others and flexibility to work shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.

Must be located (or willing to relocate to) Essen, Germany
