Rewards:

• $12- $16 hourly average. (hourly rate + tips + commission on product sales)
• Our top stylists earn $15-$20 an hour
• Up to 20% Commission on retail/product sales

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment
• Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment
• Work one-on-one with our Chief Style Boss (aka Educator) to learn how to master Blo’s 7 signature styles and more (via Blo’s paid training program)

Role:

• Work a flexible schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• Ability to only work weekends (Fridays through Sundays)
• A passion for the beauty industry and making people feel better

Must have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license
• Potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, bridal specialist, Unite ambassador, or be promoted to team lead, senior stylist, or management roles
