The use of open-source software is an integral part of the development of our products and internal tools. This is accompanied by legal conditions for correct use, which differ depending on the license and type of application. As the License Compliance Manager, you will take on coordinating and methodical activities in the ISO 5230-certified dSPACE License Compliance Process. You will use commercial and dSPACE tools in the largely automated process in close cooperation with the development departments.

Your Tasks

• Approving open-source license information for the products
• Advising all development areas on the use of open source
• Documenting and maintaining the dSPACE license compliance process
• Risk assessments for the use of open source
• Assessing open-source licenses in cooperation with the legal department

Your Qualifications

• Legal or technical and scientific studies
• Interest in legal topics
• Knowledge of software development processes desirable
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German desirable
• Analytical and conceptual method of working
