Our HR department currently consists of 7 colleagues, whom you will lead. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the HR department
  • Expanding and developing suitable tools for modern HR management
  • Acting as a sparring partner for management regarding regionalization and internationalization
  • Implementing sustainable HR development and training programs
  • Creating regular HR reports and KPIs
  • Digitizing and optimizing all HR processes

Candidate Profile
  • Leadership Experience: You hold a degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on HR management or psychology, and have several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role. Knowledge of labor law in industry is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: You are communicative, authentic, and a solutions-oriented leader with high social competence and a respectful leadership style.
  • Conditions: Your personal situation allows for nationwide and neighboring country travel, and you have excellent English skills for communication within the Aarsleff Group.
