Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and implementing effective measures in occupational safety, health protection, and fire safety at the Leppersdorf site.
• Lead the team for health, safety, and fire protection both technically and disciplinarily.
• Maintain safety oversight according to the Occupational Safety Act and develop the company's health management further.
• Act as the central contact for creating a safe and health-promoting work environment, engaging with external institutions such as the Berufsgenossenschaft and Landesdirektion.
• Conduct accident analyses, derive corrective actions, and develop preventive concepts to avoid accidents and occupational diseases.
• Perform workplace inspections and support the creation of risk assessments.
• Contribute expertise to projects related to work and health safety and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational medicine and corporate health promotion.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field, preferably with qualification as a safety specialist.
• Several years of experience in health, safety, and fire protection, ideally with first leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety laws, ISO 45001, hazardous substances, and radiation protection laws, with experience in safety training.
• Strong problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate technical and HSE topics clearly across hierarchies.
• High self-motivation, reliability, quality consciousness, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
