Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounts receivable and payable management
• Review, coding, and booking of incoming invoices
• Support in reporting activities (ZM declaration, Intrastat reports)
• Account reconciliation and clearing
• Monitoring of payment transactions
• Preparation of various reports and analyses
• Support in commercial tasks

Profile

• A commercial education, ideally with several years of experience in financial accounting
• Experience with DATEV
• Enjoyment working with numbers and a good numerical understanding
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in digital document processing
• Team player with committed and diligent work ethic
• Willingness to face new challenges
• Proficiency in German, spoken and written
• High dedication, motivation, independent work, and reliability
