WHO MAY APPLY?

The role involves setting and reviewing objectives for class projects, preparing lessons aligned with student needs, using diverse teaching methods, and engaging with host nation culture and community activities. Responsibilities include maintaining records, evaluating student progress, and planning activities that extend learning beyond the classroom. Additional duties involve coordinating with host nation personnel, arranging student exchanges, and planning community visits and projects.

BASIC REQUIREMENT:

• Completion of at least first state examination for teaching at elementary, junior, or senior high school level, preferably in German Cultural/Regional Studies, Social Science, History, or German.

Office automation skills are required.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:

• English AND German Language Proficiency level C2 required.

Working on German holidays and taking the main part of annual leave during school summer break is required.
