Qualifikationen

• Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Recht, Compliance oder Risikomanagement.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Inhalte in Prozesskarten zu übersetzen.

As a member of smartvokat, you’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team of legal professionals, management, and technical consultants who apply a cross-disciplinary approach to legal, compliance, and risk process delivery.

If you have more than 5 years' experience managing legal, risk, compliance, or contract lifecycle management projects alongside relevant tech products, and possess outstanding project management and communication skills to explore uncharted territory with multiple stakeholders, this role is for you. Tasks

1. You will, as a senior team member, lead and manage complex legal, risk, compliance, or contract lifecycle management transformation projects in partnership with client legal, risk, and compliance operations staff as well as your smartvokat team members.
2. You will guide and direct the delivery of end-to-end solutions from conceptual design to technical implementation of ServiceNow's Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, and Integrated Risk Management.
3. Depending on project requirements, you may act as a senior subject matter expert on overall solution design, working closely with your team members to combine content, processes, and technology.

Requirements

1. A tertiary degree or equivalent, ideally with experience in legal, compliance, or risk functions.
2. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project streams.
3. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of facilitating multi-stakeholder environments.
5. A solid understanding of working with, building, and optimising processes and technology in the legal and compliance sector, especially for corporate legal, risk, and compliance operations.
6. The ability to independently translate complex legal, risk, and compliance content into comprehensive process maps and frameworks at a solution design level.
7. Creativity, an open mindset, and a hands-on attitude.
8. Contributing ideas, accountability, and being a strong team player.
9. The ability to lead a team of up to 10 smartvokat members and manage corresponding client stakeholders.
10. Strong intercultural competence.
11. Fluency in English; German is preferred. Knowledge of a second European language is a plus.
12. Must be physically based in the EU or South Africa, despite remote collaboration.
13. Work in an entrepreneurial-minded team with opportunities for development and ownership.
