In our central Legal and Compliance department, we support Porsche AG and its subsidiaries in a wide range of legal matters, supporting strategic decisions, innovative projects, planning processes, and contract signings. We see ourselves as legal advisors and sparring partners for the relevant departments. Legal issues are handled internally wherever possible and not outsourced to external law firms.

We offer trainee lawyers (m/f/d) in their elective placement a demanding, varied, and challenging position in a wide variety of legal areas relevant to an internationally operating DAX-listed company. You will have the opportunity to work in various teams during your internship, gaining a comprehensive insight into the work and range of areas covered in our Legal Department, or to focus your internship on your personal areas of interest (e.g., corporate and capital markets law, M&A, distribution, competition and antitrust law, trademark, design and copyright law, IT law, product liability and litigation law, insolvency law, compliance).

You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Compliance Department and the company's internal legal advisory services. You will independently handle diverse and complex civil and commercial law issues, draft and revise contracts, assist in the preparation of meetings, training sessions, and court appearances, and accompany us to meetings, court appearances, and contract negotiations.
