For our legal department, we are looking for a person to assist the EMEIA Legal Department in supporting the business, protecting the company's interests, managing legal matters, developing internal processes, documents, trainings, and providing high-quality administrative support to the Legal Team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting internal customers with processes for compliance on agreements (HCOs, Distribution, etc.) using trainings, clarifications, templates, etc.;
  2. Preparing specific projects in collaboration with the sales team (assignments, terminations, new distributors, consignment, sales terms, tenders, etc.);
  3. Handling corporate matters: reviewing and drafting documents for corporate management, supporting development of corporate entities with Finance and Management, and providing administrative support;
  4. Providing administrative support to the Legal Team (filing documents/contracts, updating templates, drafting letters, etc.);
  5. Ensuring timely data input and accuracy in the Contract Database, including uploading documents and archiving;
  6. Maintaining the paper filing system;
  7. Reviewing and supporting internal training and presentations.

If you have the following experience, knowledge, and skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in law or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal department or international environment;
  • Experience in an international healthcare company is an asset;
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws is highly valued;
  • Fluent in English and German (both oral and written);
  • Independent, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality;
  • Experience with automated workflows and database support (e.g., SAP, Cobblestones) is a plus.
