Responsibilities
Include:
- Implement relevant regulatory requirements such as RDARR and EBA guidelines on ESG.
- Manage interactions and cooperation with internal (senior) stakeholders, both local and global, from various risk segments.
- Coordinate with regulators, internal and external auditors, including oversight of issue remediation.
- Represent CGME Risk in relevant forums.
- Handle related communication, escalation, and senior management reporting.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage outsourcing relationships for group services concerning BCBS239 and ESG Risks, complying with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic processes such as Risk Strategy, Risk Inventory, Risk Appetite Statement, and ICAAP.
- Assist with other CGME Risk regulatory matters as needed.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in risk management, finance, or regulatory roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, in Business, Economics, Quantitative Studies, etc.
- Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.
- Knowledge of MaRisk, CRR, EBA Guidelines on BCBS239 and ESG risks; strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for global banks; experience in banking, consulting, or regulatory institutions is advantageous.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data across risk disciplines.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Team player with the ability to work across diverse, multi-location teams.
- Proactive, positive attitude, capable of managing multiple demands, self-driven, and accountable.
