About the Role

An international technology-driven organization is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal department. This role will focus on Corporate Law & Privacy , supporting a wide range of internal stakeholders across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on global privacy regulations and commercial transactions, particularly in the context of digital products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing legal function within a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Develop and maintain internal privacy policies and frameworks
• Advise on privacy aspects of product development and service delivery
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, service, licensing)
• Support internal teams with legal guidance across departments
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal matters
• Monitor legal developments and promote a culture of compliance

Qualifications

Fully qualified Lawyer in Germany

At least 4 years of experience in privacy and corporate law

Strong understanding of international data protection frameworks

Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal agreements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

Experience in a regulated or technology-driven environment is advantageous

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset
