In this position, you will provide legal advice to the procurement department on all legal matters related to purchasing. Your focus will be on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers across various sectors. This role is part of an international legal team specializing in procurement, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Your Responsibilities :

• Legal support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts, including IT, construction, maintenance, services, and critical infrastructure for multiple countries in the EMEA region.
• Development and updating of contract templates as well as preparation of legal opinions and internal approval requests.
• Participation in contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaboration with external law firms and conducting internal training on relevant legal topics.

Your Profile :

• Fully qualified lawyer with ideally 4–5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation in the procurement sector (in-house or law firm).
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial contract terms , particularly in an international environment .
• Experience with both Common Law and Civil Law legal systems required.
• Business fluent German and English language skills.
• Fully remote work possible , official location in Frankfurt , willingness to travel internationally.
