Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy Projects

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary legal advisor, partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions and major transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including EPC and O&M agreements, energy supply contracts, PPAs, and cooperation agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations, including GDPR, labor law, and energy regulations.
• Support business development by preparing NDAs, letters of intent, and partnership agreements for innovative projects.
• Provide guidance on claims, variations, and dispute resolution, ensuring smooth project execution.

Your Profile

• Qualified lawyer in Germany with strong experience in commercial and energy law.
• Expertise in contract law and familiarity with agreements related to renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
