What we expect from you

• Based on your completed studies in the field of law (1st and 2nd state examinations), you have appropriate professional experience from a law firm or a legal department and meet the following additional criteria:
• Profound knowledge of contract law, commercial law, corporate law, as well as CISG knowledge.
• Very good analytical skills and judgment, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural sensitivity, also in an international environment.
• Very good communication and assertiveness skills at all hierarchical levels in English and German.
• Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and an eye for the essentials.
