Qualifikationen

• Rechtsanwalt mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertragsrecht.
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in Vertragsrecht ist von Vorteil.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Beratung der Teams zu Vertragsverhandlungen und Unterstützung des Vertragsprozesses.
• Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen für komplexe technische Projekte.
• Unterstützung bei der Lösung rechtlicher Streitigkeiten.

Are you passionate about combining legal expertise with cutting-edge technology? Join our Contract Management team and support our Grid & Energy Management unit throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from acquisition to termination. You'll help shape the legal framework of highly technical B2B projects and work closely with our group Legal department when disputes arise.

Tasks inspiring you

• You advise our teams and management on contract negotiations and support the entire contracting process

• You draft, review, and negotiate contracts for complex technical projects and software solutions

• You support the resolution of legal disputes, particularly in the pre-litigation phase, in close collaboration with the PSI Group’s Legal department

• You assess legal issues related to general terms and conditions (GTC), IT law, and public procurement law

• You also deal with adjacent legal areas such as data protection, IT security, and energy regulation law

Qualifications that inspire us

• You have a law degree (fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer) with a focus on civil and contract law

• Ideally, you bring first relevant professional experience in contract law

• You enjoy working on legal matters in technically complex environments

• You’re interested in GTC, IT, and procurement law – and also curious about related fields such as data protection and energy law

• You’re fluent in both German and English

• You work independently, think analytically, and enjoy collaborating with others
