Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, focusing on I.T, SaaS, and I.P laws, including professional services agreements, vendor contracts, client agreements, and partnership agreements. Experience with tender offers and data privacy is a plus.
2. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to ensure compliance. Provide legal opinions on various issues impacting the business.
3. Risk Management: Identify legal risks and collaborate with departments to develop mitigation strategies. Advise on legal implications of business decisions.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on legal changes and assist in developing compliance policies.
5. Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
