Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on contract, liability, and litigation matters. The role combines strategic legal guidance with practical case handling in a flexible, modern working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage legal issues in contract, warranty, tort law, and litigation.
• Draft and review contracts (e.g. vehicle maintenance, IT systems, subcontractors).
• Advise internal teams on a broad range of legal topics.
• Assess liability and coordinate closely with claims management.
• Handle out-of-court claims and oversee legal disputes.
• Develop effective, legally sound solutions for damage-related cases.

Requirements :

Fully qualified solicitor with at least 1 year relevant experience.

Strong expertise in sales, contract, and tort law.

Independent, structured, and solution-focused work style.

Commercially and technically astute.

Interest in the transport sector and willingness to learn public transport regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
